At Rooted. Unrestricted, every order means a great deal to us. As a small independent brand, each item is produced to order. 

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

To help you choose the right fit, please check our size guides and product descriptions before placing your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We'll review each case individually and work towards the best solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

To help us look into your request and resolve it as quickly as possible, please email rooted.unrestricted@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• Your full name and delivery address
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the item and any faults

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 5 working days.
